Order Information

After you log in into your account, click “ORDERS” under the My Account. You will see one of the following statuses:

  • Pending payment – Order received and awaiting payment.
  • Failed – Payment failed or was declined.
  • Processing – Payment received, and the order is being processed.
  • Completed – Order is fulfilled and has been shipped to the customer.
  • Cancelled – Cancelled by shop manager or the customer.
  • Refunded – Refunded by shop manager.

The order that has been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled or changed. Please call us at +49 1766 2412119 or email hello@sportsheim.com for further assistance.

If you haven’t received an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact us at hello@sportsheim.com or call +49 1766 2412119 to verify your order status.

Delivery and Shipping​

We use Deutsche Post for deliveries within Germany. For all the orders received before 5 pm on a working day are immediately processed the next working day and are shipped. You can expect 3 – 5 days of delivery time.

Shipping address cannot be changed once the order is placed. Please ensure the delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Please call us at +49 1766 2412119 or email hello@sportsheim.com for further assistance.

You can only specify one address per order. If you want to ship items to multiple addresses, you have to order separately for each address. However, please be reminded that you will be charged for shipping and handling charges with each order.

Yes, with Click & Collect, you can shop online and then pick up your order at our physical location in Germany. Make sure to use our booking tool for scheduling an appointment.

An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you provided upon ordering. If you did not receive the confirmation email within the day after placing your order, please check your spam folder as it email might be there.

 If no one is at the delivery address when our carrier tries to deliver your order, the carrier will leave notification of an attempted delivery. The note will specify if you need to contact the carrier to arrange an alternative delivery date, collect the parcel in person or if they will attempt delivery the following day.

Payment Information​

We accept online payment via all the major Credit or Debit Cards. Bank Transfer is only available for customers in Germany, or you can use PayPal.

Payment needs to be made within 24 hours or your order will be deemed cancelled in the system. Upon payment of your order, please indicate the Order Nr. or Invoice Nr. in the payment description field along with your full name in the customer reference field. Once your order has been placed and paid for, you should receive an e-mail outlining confirmation of your order within 10 minutes. This means that we have received your order, as well as payment for it in our system. In case of using Bank Transfer, we will send you a confirmation once the amount is getting reflected in our accounts.

Currently, our products are free of 19% VAT. As a sole proprietorship in the sense of § 19 para. 1 UStG no sales tax/VAT is charged. German version: Als Kleinunternehmer im Sinne von § 19 Abs. 1 UStG wird keine Umsatzsteuer berechnet

Returns and Refunds

We believe in transparency and honesty in all our transactions. Our return policy is designed to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases, and we’re always here to help you with any issues you may have. However, we understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or fit your needs. That’s why we offer a 30-days return policy to ensure your satisfaction. So, if you’re not completely satisfied with your cricket gear, don’t hesitate to fill out our return request form and let us make it right for you. We will be happy to refund your money, excluding postage. Once your return is accepted, please use the below mentioned address to ship the product.

Product Care & Usage Tips

We recommend oiling your bat with raw linseed oil and knocking it in properly before use. Avoid using it with hard new balls initially. Always store your bat in a cool, dry place away from moisture and heat to prolong its life. Please refer to our Essential’s guide for more information

After use, clean your shoes with a soft brush to remove dirt and dry them naturally. Avoid machine washing or exposing them to direct heat. Proper care can significantly extend the life and performance of your cricket footwear. Please refer to our Essential’s guide for more information
